As to how we intent to get our expert facilitators for our 4 key strategies to be put in place, SIET will be open for volunteering from experts and facilitators within Cameroon and without.
We will need facilitators from Cameroon because they will better understand the academic system and background of our principal targets.
Nonetheless facilitators from without will be needed to compliment the others with their expertise.
All facilitators will be gotten through volunteering.
SIET can’t go operational on her own. She is the product of teamwork and will always remain and move by team work. Owning to this we intent to partner with structures on language education, embassies (American Embassy, Canadian, French Embassy, Turkey, and others, companies, governments, nations and individuals for funding.
We will need to raise startup funding, Fundings to cover ongoing costs, Grants and donations and revenue or something so as to motivate our volunteers Who have what we need.
We also need things other than financial support, like access to learning materials, partnerships from other language base organisations and many others
I will need for these things to reach us right where we are now in soa Yaounde
We intent to facilitate speaking in English within non –English speaking communities and groups of persons, ranging from Pupils, students, workers, Traders, Business men and women, Politicians, Musicians, athletes, footballers within Cameroon (with as much as 8 French speaking regions among 10), Africa and to the rest of the world. (China, Japan, Russia, Australia, Spain, Italy, Holland, and the Latin American countries etc.)
We will do this by making use of some strategies that in themselves will indicate our targeted group.
Principally, SIET will make use of 4 key Strategies that will be;-
-Pupils with Speak in English Today (PWSIET)
-Students with Speak in English Today (SWSIET)
-Families with Speak in English Today (FWSIET)
-Community with Speak in English Today (CWSIET)
To begin with, we will give English courses in schools (primary, secondary and high) and other higher academic institutions. With this, PWSIET (pupils with speak in English Today) and SWSIET (students with Speak in English Today) will be the strategies we will put in place.
As to what concerns bringing to the students English courses on primarily speaking through SIET, our strategy SWSIET will put in place, a Speak in English Day (SIETD) which will be introduce within most lycees and French speaking institutions and other non-English structures. SIETD is going to be an every after two months event that will come up at least 5 times within the 10 months of the school year in Cameroon that runs from September to June or mid-July
On this day, our facilitators (Expert volunteers of SIET) will have a well strategized and arranged lessons to bring to the students. These lessons would be geared at helping a beginner in the English language to gradually accommodate, assimilate and adapt within a community of English speakers which will be different from their regular English periods on their school program that often times in examination oriented.
They will be taught with every available means like videos, DVDs, e-books, English language software, and personal interactions, facilitator- students interaction from the basics about the English language, its origin, the British culture which undoubtable remains an epitome of the English language.
Still on how we intent to touch the students but this time inclusively with the pupils or the younger students, PWSIET and SWSIET are the two strategies we intent using in combination though the two groups will be handle and treated separately.
we will make announcements and launch holiday programs particularly for the pupils, school children of the secondary and the higher institutions of learning though room will be created too for the non-students and other interested class.
During this holiday program organize by SIET, lessons in relax modes and less formal manners will be expose to kids and adults via music, sketches, playbacks and other interactive out doorways facilitators might deem necessary.
We intent too, to reach private individuals at their homes and to work with them as a family. Family with Speak in English Today (FWSIET) is the strategy we will put in place. This will involve taking care of special need cases like for the blinds, handicaps and others depending on a particular family’s need. Here our facilitators will bring SIET right at the door steps of the families and individuals as the need arises.
Apart from the Speak in English Day (SIETD) and the other means mentioned above, the SIET, intents too, to create SIET centers.
These centers will have and carry facilities for personal learning and advancement in other aspects of the language like writing. The internet, and other necessary aids and correspondent will make up the centers.
Lastly we have our community strategy that stands as the main reason and objective for the creation of SIET. So as to not focus on the students and pupils only and forget their French speaking (and other non-English speaking) parents, SIET also offers English courses within communities to meet the working classes and children who can’t go to school for various reasons. Community with Speak in English Today (CWSIET) is our strategy to be put in place. This cycle will engulf the adults, the business men and women, the traders, house wives and every other person that is not into a formal learning process.

GLOBAL SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP CAN SIMPLY BE DEFINED AS A VENTURE BROUGHT INTO THE LAMP LIGHT BY A SAVVY INDIVIDUAL WHO VIEWS TRENDS AS OPPORTUNITIES TO BUILD UP A VALUE CHANGING ORGANISATION TO SOLVE PROBLEMS WITIHIN HIS COMMUNITY AND THE WORLD, WITHOUT REGARDS TO HIS CURRENT CONTROL OF RESOURCES. THERE BY REMOVING RESOURCES FROM DOMAINS OF LOWER YIELDS AND PRODUCTIVITY TO DOMAINS OF HIGHER YIELDS AND PRODUCTIVITY. It is a for ” others entrepreneurship”

Language Education promotes literacy and literacy opens up a world of learning. “Literacy is a human right, a tool of personal empowerment and a means for social and human development”. UNESCO.
Today English is a widely spoken language around the world and it is gradually becoming a must have tool for any 22nd century person. And so i see this like a problem that needs to be solved since not everybody was born speaking in English. The world needs a language to work and run on and we can’t deny that it is English as for now.
It is said in a business world that when you grow larger you become vulnerable and so you need to live in security to trust on information you receive on how your business is going.
Information that certainly you will rely on a partner or co-worker and better still the manager to get, of which often times you are oblige to consider the gospel truth though with modernization counter information has actually been imputed like a means to ensure the validity of information you received.
Now imagine a growing business world like the one we are in today, and imagine a situation where we can’t speak and understand the same language as owners and managers, this creates insecurity and lack of trust and hinders growth. This picture is real of our world of business and many other domains.(It is far from being what Professor Muhammad Yunus started in Bangladesh with was base on complete TRUST, but we can get to this point.)
The reversal effect is what happens when we can all understand each other without middle men or translators.
Furthermore we see the Chinese today opening up their boundaries for English teachers to come in and help their population learn to speak and better communicate in English. The need of this language cannot be over emphasized
English is one of the language you must know how to speak and communicate in if you must get any job today let alone and international job.
Cameroonian will tell you they will be better integration and lesser marginalization if every French speaking Cameroonian could speak and expressed themselves in English and the English speakers the same in French. Developmental schemes will best be achieved if we all could hear and understand each other as this will wipe away every suspicion that language barrier could bring.
Not being able to speak and communicate in English today is like a pregnant woman that has gotten to the point of birth and lacks strength to do that. Ideas will be buried and some misunderstood, civilization will witness a serious drawback, growth will be retarded and conflicts at all levels will be eminent.
May be we might go back to those aged old bible days of the towel of babel and King Nimrod, when the world spoke in just one and the same language before they were scattered, but the world in which we live in today has grown pass the level not to have a common language (binding factor) that all can speak and communicate in. And English is that unifying language for the human race.
This dream can be achieved in every non-English speaking nations and communities or rural regions around the world and when this is done then the factors that unify us together will be greater than those that pull us apart and a shift of mentality will be gain for every mind, as the world and us all will seek to be part of the great solution that plaques our peace, growth and oneness and not be a part of the problem.
So there is an imperative and effective need for the implementation of this vision and dream and this cannot be gotten without support and constructive contribution.
To this effect SIET with all her 4 key strategies, quiet different from bilingualism which contextually will simple mean understanding and speaking in two languages(French and English in the case of Cameroon) aims first at promoting literacy within Individuals (pupils, students, and families), communities, societies, countries(beginning from Cameroon) and the world at large especially to non-English speaking through language education and especially the English language since English is gradually becoming the global language for business and better communication around the world.
Also, since literacy is a precious pearl and an asset that opens up a world of learning, SIET seeks to give this priceless asset of literacy via language learning to her targets, in other to promote personal empowerment and also use this as a means to socially and humanly develop communities, societies and countries.
SIET is a loving and giving structure that originates from a small community, so one of the reasons we do what we do is simply to give back to our communities something that’s of worth in a bite to contribute our own small quota for the community’s development.
We seek to encourage bilingualism in Cameroon.
From an observation, I realized that more English speakers within our milieu are becoming bilingual as they quickly get the French language and are speaking it while the French speakers are left behind, So SIET comes to bridge this gap and bring to level these two set of people within the Cameroonian territory. This will also go a long way to enhance and promote a better integration between the Francophones and the Anglophones in Cameroon and other French speaking countries like France and Canada and also shun marginalization.
I believe that Language education is an international revolutionary force and so in essence SIET is this organization. SIET is an international revolutionary force, principally made up of a group of students at the time of creation in a small community of the Mefou- Afamba Division within the Central Region of Cameroon called Soa. SIET is not just any type of organization, but a solution giving organization for Soa, Cameroon, Africa and the world at large.
The vision bearer in collaboration with his friends who are students from the University of Yaoundé II Soa and members in the same musical band, are nation builders with a strong love for community development and growth through language education especially for the non-English speakers (Franco-phones and others).
So, having in mind to contribute and give back something to the community we schooled in, that has given to us so much in terms of housing, provision of portable water, electricity and above all University Education in the faculties of Economic and Management sciences and the Faculty of Law and political science, SIET was born in our minds to help us give back to this community we owe much to and to move this act of giving from this community and sell our vision abroad.
SO owing to this reason, we think it wise to aid this small community with a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants mostly French speaking, with how to speak in English.
